How long can I hire the character outfits for?

Generally we hire on a daily basis but you can hire for the weekend or even for a longer period if you wish. 

Can I hire more than one character outfit?

Yes! You can hire as many as you like at a time, hire fee is paid per outfit and a bond is also required per outfit.

 

Where is pick up & drop off?

We are located in Warner on the Northside of Brisbane. Once your order is placed you will receive an email with the address. 

 

What times are available for outfit pick up?

Hire is for the date of your booking and is for 24hours unless otherwise arranged. Collection time is from 9:00am- 11:00am. Drop off is the following day between 8am-9am. When a pick up/drop off time is allocated it must be adhered to unless prior written consent is given.

 

Is a bond required?

A $50 cash bond is required per outfit. Your bond is returned when the outfit is returned undamaged and free from stains.

 

When would I forfeit my bond?

You would forfeit your bond if you damage the outfit, return it with stains or are overdue on your rental. When a return time is agreed upon it must be returned by that time or the bond will be forfeited.

Are your character outfits cleaned after each hire?

Absolutely! They are thoroughly cleaned after each and every hire and regularly dry cleaned as well to maintain the utmost cleanliness and hygiene.

 

What happens if I cancel my booking?

Once booked and paid for your hire fee is non-refundable. You can reschedule to another available date however if wishing to cancel outright there will be no refund.

 

I’ve booked a character outfit but now want to change it, can I do that?

Yes, you can amend your booking prior to pick up for any other outfit available at the time. Get in contact with us to discuss.
